Sign-in sessions · apply to everyone
A minute before the time runs out, people see a “Still there?” warning. Uploads in progress count as activity. The site applies these rules in each browser; Supabase’s own server-side session limits need a paid plan.

Photos, videos and documents all count; admins have no personal limit. When someone pays, open them under People and set their Extra space. Members see the price when a file doesn't fit, with a button to contact you.
Automatic removal
Counted from when each file is added; albums left empty are removed too. Changing this gives every file the full new time, counted from the moment you save. Each file shows how long it has left.
Emails (from [email protected]): a welcome email explaining the rule, then reminders when files are added, 4 days before, the day before, and a few hours before with the exact time. Members a file was shared with by name get them too. Members can turn reminders off in My account.
Public links
Members can share photos they added through public links (1 to 30 days). If something gets out that shouldn't, turn every link off at once.
Private messages · admins can't read them
Members see the auto-delete rule in their Messages window. To free photo space, open any photo or album: admins can delete them.
